What do you think of the name Thalia? How would you name her siblings?

I'm not that keen. I have in my mind what I believe the correct pronunciation, however I know other people sometimes say it differently, which can get confusing, Marisa

I think it's gorgeous, but it bothers me that no one can seem to figure out how to pronounce it correctly (check out the comments for this name.) How would you say it?

I like it, very pretty. Great history, and meaning. No suggestions for sib names other than to say NOT Jenna/Genna, especially if you pronounce it tall-ya. ;-)

I like it, it reminds me of flowers somehow. :)I would probably name her siblings something of Greek origin as well, something like Sophia and Ambrose.

As a name I don't really like it. The th sound is my main gripe.
Also, I'm a fan of the Larry McMurtry books set in Thalia, Texas. There actually is a Thalia, Texas, but his Thalia is not the real one. In the movie versions of Last Picture Show and Texasville (which are nowhere near as good as the books) the town is called Anarene.
