[Facts] URGENT! HELP!
I'm Jen and I am relatively new here. I am surprised how knowledgable many of you are about names! I was wondering if you could help me choose a name for my triplets who were born three days ago (April 11th). I'd like the names to sound well with my son's name, Ethan . If you could possibly suggest some names, that'd be great. I'd like the names to be connected in some way without sounding "twinny", or in my case, "tripletty." My husband and I have decided on classic type names, which aren't old fashioned or overly trendy. Some of the names which we have been considering are;Natalia [<-- my favourite]
Samantha [<-- his favourite]
Rebekah [<-- both like]
Katherine [<-- both like]
Ella [<-- both like but I like it more than him]
Estelle [<-- both like but he likes it more than me]
Lillie [<-- both like as well as being my son, Ethan 's favourite]
Chantelle [<-- both like]
Daisy [<-- another one which Ethan likes]If you could suggest some names, that'd be great. I am really starting to think that my girls will end up being One, Two and Three forever.

Jen B.Since you've already chosen names for your triplets, I shan't go into the naming, but let me post just two thing, basically.1. Mazel Tov on the triplets.
2. Have you thought about whether or not to let the three of them (perhaps include your son in this) spend the night somewhere else at least once a month so that you (the proud parents) can get a good night's sleep? My sister had twins last year and it's been *SHUT UP* almost every night since then.Mazel Tov again on the additions and blessed be,
Phyllis

My mom looks after my son once a week, anyway. My mom has offered to look after the triplets too but I'm going to wait a couple of months before she or my sister looks after them. I'm very protective of them right now :)

Jen B.I understand. I just thought that later on somebody could help you out before you throw something (like the last vestiges of your sanity) out the window (or a major tantrum, not out said window).Phyllis

Why not go with Natalia , Samantha and Lillie , one each of your favourites. I think Lillie Estelle , Natalia Grace and Samantha Rose are really pretty.

We decided to name our daughters Rebekah Eve (Ethan has taken to calling her Bekah or Becky Eve :), Katherine Marie (We have all nick named her Katy :) and Genevieve Lillie (Ethan calls her Genie which is pronounced either as Jenny or as Jean-ee). We were worried that Genevieve sounded too close to my name - Jennifer , but my husband thought it'd be a nice connection.Thank you all for your help! It is very much appreciated.Love Always,
Jen B., Ethan , Rebekah , Katherine , Genevieve and my husband/father of my kids - James .ps - My husband's mother is named Eve and mine is Marie , so we used those middle names :) Also, Ethan 's favourite name is Lillie .

Cogratulations Jen , on the new additions to your family!
I think that the names you pick out are very pretty; I especially like the name "Natalia ". I had a few ideas about how to arrange them into unique-sounding names that would sound alright with your son Ethan 's name, too. Also, I think that getting to help to name his sisters will help him adjust to his new role as "big brother" more smoothly by making him feel important.
Some of my ideas are:
----------------------------------------------
Lillie Natalia These names are cool because all your
Daisy Samantha girls could be named after flowers, and still
Tansy Rebekah use names you and your husband picked out.
----------------------------------------------
Other options are:
Katherine Estella These names sound pretty together and
Samantha Ella they all have the letter "E" in them
Rebekah Eve like Ethan 's. And they don't sound "triplettly".
----------------------------------------------
Good luck on finding the perfect names!

Since triplets already share the same DNA (although somewhat rearranged in each), perhaps they should also share the same letters in their names (also somewhat rearranged)?Of all the names you gave, here are the pairs (for first & middle names) that produced the most likely sounding anagrammed names to go with them.Ella Katherine
Ariel Kathleen
Lethia KarleneDaisy Natalia
Alysia Danita
Tanya DalisiaSamantha Lillie
Melantha Lilias
Tamesha LillianDaisy Ella
Lydia Elsa
Sadie Lyla(Daisy , Lydia , and Sadie were my favorite choices for your triplet girls. Plus, they go well with Ethan -- they are all 5-letter names.)-- Nanaea
