Out of your list I like Maia, but personally I prefer Mya. Their is no way to mispronounce it that way. With Maya I could see people calling her May-a (as in the month) rather that My-a and Maja would probably be butchered by most people unfortunately.
The name itself is sweet but Im not sure I would really use it. It just doesnt seem substantial enough for me. Too much like a nn.
