I've liked Isotta for a while now. I don't know that I would actually end up using it because there are other names I like more but I do think its pretty. I have also heard Isola which I guess means Island in Italian and I really like that, too but I hate to use names that are a word in another language. I always imagine them travelling to that country and having everyone give them the side eye wondering why they are called Island.
