I think you hit the ball out of the park with the nn Vix. That's super cute.
The best I could come up with was Oria (like the ever popular Aria with a softer beginning), Ori, Aura (if you extend the Oria or Ori as opposed to the actual name in question), and Vi. I think Tori would be too common according to your specifications.
I honestly prefer Vix or Vixie. It's cute.
