Care lyn, but sometimes I hear a weak schwa in the middle, just from my moving my tongue from the r position to the l position.

Instinctively I'd say KAIR-lin. Second guess would be KA-re-lin.

ETA: For comparison, I pronounce Carolyn as CAA-ruh-lyn (A as in apple).

(I think it could go either way — I'd just prefer Carolyn.)
