The first way is the most common among the Alicias I've known. I also like the third pronunciation you mentioned. I've also heard of Alisa / Elisa, which is also pretty.
I like both names but I'll go with Alicia for now. Alyssa is SO common it's kinda like Sara to me. Good names that just need a breather for a few years.
