So far neither heard nor ever seen, reminds me of Ottilia or Ottavia or other names with the prefix Ott-.
Personally, I do not like it very well, then rather Odessa.
P.S.: Ever heard of Bottilla? Would be almost fit to: Ottessa & Bottilla, (-:
