I think Felix is very international and it is very on trend in the English speaking world. A little nerdy, but I quite like it.
Zacharias is handsome. In the US it would most like be used by Evangelical Protestants, but I don't know that would be assumed of someone with a different nationality.
Theodore is definitely having a moment in the US. I know 3 small Theodores. It's a name I've always wanted to like, but I find it a little awkward and tend to think of it as only a means to get to Ted or Theo.
