Can’t say I’m a big fan of either. I think Clovis could be good, given the right middle. It has a good meaning, and a consonant-heavy sound that comes off as strong to me.
Chloris, just no. It reminds me of chlorine. Even the meaning (pale green) is unseemly and reminds me of chlorine).
