Dear Ms. Allegre and Ms. Watson. We believe that we have the perfect child for you to adopt. A six year old girl named Charlotte Michaela Reagan, from Kent, England. She is very smart for her age and is often buried in a book instead of playing. She had a very traumatic earlier life and will have a slightly harder time to fit in, but we believe that Charlotte is very smart and will soon love her new family. She will need a kind hand and gentleness in her first few months. Thank you!
