Lulu, every time. I personally think it’s fine as a full name and also fine on an adult. Lola sounds nice to me, but the song connections and all that entails is sketchy to me and the meaning is rather unfavourable too. What about Lula? It’s kind of a cross between the two names and a name I find adorable.

Lula sounds a little clumsy. Of course, there are worse names, but this one is pretty insubstantial.
Nevertheless, I don't mind it on a fictional character; in fact, I kind of like it.
