I would pick totally different names. Twin/triplet name themes nauseate me. There are a lot of twins in my family and one thing they all say is they hate how similar their names are, feeling that it further lessens their uniqueness.

My mom said if I had been a twin, that I would have been named Diana Renee and Amanda Jenae. I'm glad I wasn't a twin. As someone who values individuality, I couldn't bring myself to give twins similar names.
