I find Colleen pretty bland despite the fact I've only known one in my life. Some names are just like that for me, even though they are technically unusual, something about them is very forgettable, and Colleen is one of them. I suppose it is bland because there is something very ordinary, simple and wholesome about it, which is actually a nice thing I guess!

I say it like "call-EEN" (where the first syllable is pronounced like the word call, as in "call me").
