Anastasia - an-nuh-stay-shuh
Madeline- naturally want to say mad-uh-line even though I have a cousin with this name that is pronounced like Madelyn These ones, I am unfamiliar with and don’t know how to pronounce. I’m putting my initial thought.
Katia - kah-tee-uh
Leocadia - Leo-Kay-dee-uh
Lilia - lil-ee-uh

I’m from the south eastern US. I know that these names are pronounced differently elsewhere. However, I’d be prone to say these names in this way:(I suck at doing pronunciation examples through text. I tried)“Ann-uh-stay-shuh”
“Mad-uh-LINE”
“Kah-tee-uh”
“Lee-oh-cay-dee-uh”
“Lih-lee-uh”

AHN uh STAY shuh, -syah, or -zhuh (prefer STAH syah but I wouldn't say it that way normally. Have also heard AN uh- and could switch to that)
MAD uh lin (also have heard MAD uh line rhyme fine and it would feel fairly natural to switch to that)
KAHT yuh or KAH tee-uh
I don't really know about Leocadia, I've never heard anyone say it. Which prn I'd try would depend on whose name it was. Either LAY-o-KAH-dyah or LEE-o-KAY-dyuh.
Lily-uh.

A-nah-STAY-zee-uh (my friend pronounces her name like this)
MA-de-lien (like the movie and the food)
KAT-yuh (but it could also be three syllables I guess)
Leh-o-KAH-dya (kinda guessing on this one)
LIL-ee-uh (like Lillian with out the n)

I am from the PNW (Canadian). I am bad at writing out stresses. Anastasia - ah-nah-stay-see-ah / ah-nah-staz-ya
Madeline - mad-uh-line
Katia - kat-yuh
Leocadia - lee-o-kayd-ya
Lilia - lil-ya / lil-ee-uh Anastasia and Lilia would depend on the persons preferences / their origins, a Greek Anastasia is going to pronounce her name differently from a Ukrainian Anastasia.
