[Opinions] Triplets from tv
On a news program I was watching there was a set of triplets named Saraya, Serenitee, and Samari. WDYT? I think it would get confusing. LOL

I saw this, while I am not a fan of the names, maybe with some spelling changes, this story is amazing. Everyone should look this up, but quick recap: these triplets were born to a 14 year old who didn’t have any support and triplet babies in the NICU and a nurse who had been a teen mom helped her learn how to care for them and gave the girl her phone number. The girl called and asked questions, she was living with an aunt who wasn’t supportive, and she said the nurse was the only person she had. One of the babies got sick and DCFS was contacted so the girl called the woman who took her and her triplets in despite being a single mother of five boys, she adopted the teen mom and has turned this girl’s life around. She’s now 17, triplets are healthy, she got her GED and just got accepted to college where she wants to go into social work to help teen moms. If you look at the whole family there are way too many S names and most are awful, but the story is beautiful.

Yes. Good story, bad names.

Those names are just awful. They are going to spend at least their whole childhoods (they could change them as adults)spelling their names.

Oh dear. Triplets are always going to be noticed. they don't need badly spelled, alliterative names to stand out.Why not Soraya? Why not Serenity, in the name of mercy and goodness? And I don't enjoy Sam names so I could be prejudiced, but Samari, said to be rare, male and African-American, could just as easily be a merger of Samantha and Marie and therefore fem. Overall, an opportunity wasted.Edited to remove typo
