My initial pronunciation of it is Zee-lee-uh but I wouldn't be surprised by other pronunciations.

I'd assume it's a German version of Celia and pronounce it TSAY lee ah. But I could well be wrong.

I would say ZEH-lee-a, though being corrected to ZEE-lee-a wouldn’t surprise me.
