[Opinions] Prue
What do you think of Prue as a nickname for Prudence, or Prudencia? Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

I think it's awful, as are the names it could reasonably be short for.

I dislike it and the names that it comes from - however, it is sensible as a nickname.

Very cute. I love Prue and Prudence. That -ence ending is really satisfying for me. Prudencia would be fun. I see that as more of a nickname, like an affectionate elaboration. My in-laws would say it "Proo-den-thee-ah" which is kinda pretty? Like Prudence Thea.

I love Prudence and the nickname Prue. I don’t like Prudencia.

I love it, though my preferred full name is the oft-maligned Prunella.

Probably inevitable, and why not? Bar for Barbara, Deb for Deborah, Liz for Elizabeth ...

My great-grandfather was Prudencio, so it made me think of Prudencia. :)
