[Facts] Top Boys Names
My wife and I are considering names. Please offer your opinions on the following:Joel
Aaron
Nathan
Josephand finally, is Joseph getting too popular. I like the name Joe. It's a classic with the likes of Joe Montana and Joe DiMaggio, but it's in the top 5 now and my wife is worried there might be too many Little Joe's running around.

I like Joel bestBecause it is the most unusual of your biblical names. My second choice is Aaron . Nathan and Joseph are nice but too popular for my taste.

I like the name Joel Aaron and Joseph Aaron. If my husband and I had been given a boy instead of a girl I wanted to name him Jacob Aaron but he did'nt like it and when he tried to tell me that he didn't like the name Jacob Aaron he slurred them and said Jaron which we both liked immediately.

A lot of wives share that worry. Best thing is to stay cool, but send her flowers and swear you've never even LOOKED at another woman.

LOL! If the wife is worried about too many little Joes running around, there's always the option of DNA testing on daytime teevee talk shows. :)-- Nanaea

lol yeah no kidding, nothing like going on teevee and letting the world know your a slut!! LOL I dont know how popular Joe will get but I think that if you like the name then go for it. But I personally like Nathan or Aaron . Joel is just so I dont know... I have met some boring people named Joel . But it is up to you and your wife. But I also think you two want to name your son Joesph. So go for it!

Hi there,I like Aaron best - but i guess i'm not the only one... according to some books on the subject, Aaron is a 'hot' name, so like other biblical names as Gabiel, Micah, Noah or Jeremiah it might become very popular in a few years. so if you're worried about the popularity of the name chosen, i'd rather stick with Joseph, at least that's a classic name that's been around for a long time an can't be 'dated' !Good luck,
