If you pronounce it correctly it sounds nice but I feel like most people would see the name and think Nail-Ee-uh

I think that this name sounds very beautiful and interesting (funnily enough, I actually prefer Natalie, since it's one of my favorite names).

I don't like Natalie, but I do prefer it to Nailea. The fact that it rhymes with Dahlia doesn't help.
