Celine is too Celine Dion, Selene is Ancient and glorious. Don't get me wrong I like Celine Dion, but that's the only Celine I can think of.

I like both.
Being Italian Selene is pronounced "as in Ancient Greek" (actually nobody knows it but based on Modern Greek would be ok). So Selene is immediately seh-LEH-neh to me.

I like Céline (as in French) because of its elegant sound and look and I like its link with Céline Dion.

Celine. There’s less confusion over pronunciation and I don’t like the 3 e’s in Selene. Celine is brighter, Selene is darker.

Selene. It looks softer and more elegant to me. I would instinctively pronounce it suh-LEEN.

I prefer the look of Celine; I enjoy how every letter is different (though, Selene is also very, very beautiful!). I'd pronounce Selene as "Suh-LEEN".

I pronounce them differently: Selene has three syllables (emphasis on the second), whereas Celine had two.

I prefer Celine but like both.

I prefer Celine. I've always thought they were pronounced the same.

1. Selene, it looks nicer and it's more clearly "moon"
2. I usually pronounce it seh-LEEN but I'll say seh-leh-neh if I'm trying to be more accurate to Greek

I like both, but prefer Selene because of its etymology, history, spelling and usage.

The Spanish pronunciation coincides with the Greek one, so that's how I pronounce it.
