It's interesting, especially because it has gone unnoticed for me. It doesn't strike me as a bad name.
I prefer Keeley because it seems more complete, but both spellings remind me of the 90s, pretty juvenile. However, I prefer Kaylee over both of them because I'm familiar with it.
