With these spellings, Charlotte. I'd take Scarlet over Charlotte, though. I don't think either one is particularly unique, but I guess Charlotte is less so. Madeline would be a great sibling for either of these.

Agree that Scarlet is better than Scarlett and depending on how the character is I may rate them like Scarlet > Charlotte > Scarlett. I VERY rarely like "misspelled word" / "a word but with an extra letter" names. Raine is the one exception I can think of.

I just think the two Ts at the end looks weird on girl names, for some reason. I like it on boy names, but on girl names, it looks both extra and incomplete at the same time.
