I love Stefan! It's much better than Stephen or Steven (common in the US), and it works universally. Very handsome! I also enjoy Stefaniya! It's very pretty! I think I still prefer Stephanie, though (US name). I'm not a huge fan of the versions with the P sound. I like the soft F/PH sound.
