I think it's unfortunate. It's not even a name. I sincerely hope it's just a non-name related nickname.
For example I have a niece named Sylvia, but her parents, mainly the mother, my sister, calls her "silly" a lot of times because when she was really young she'd would be silly a lot and I guess the non-conventional nickname just stuck.
Four makes me think that maybe he's the 4th child, but then why give him or his siblings numbers even if they are just playful nicknames? It just seems tasteless. Something about naming a kid after a number just feels very wrong.
