There was a character called Four in that Divergent series. Maybe the parents are big fans...?
Maybe the kid was making the name up for himself? Or thought you were asking how old he was??
Four is not what I'd pick if I had to use a number for a name. It is definitely intriguing, I wanna know why now too!
