The most "classic" would be Kayley IMO, but none of them really look like an original spelling after years of seeing them.
I don't like how -lee looks in most names, so I wouldn't pick Kaylee.
Don't like how -leigh looks, so Kayleigh isn't for me either.
Caley activates my unisex name response! I might snatch it for a character.
Kaley feels dull.
Kailey is pretty.
Kaylie is cute.
The sound is cute. I guess I would pick Caley for a child if I could only pick one of these. There's even more spellings, though. Just wow.
