"Pressure" is used in hip hop culture. I think "applying pressure" is the same as "staying on their necks" or "standing on business". It means that you're really good at what you do, and as a result, you put others in their place (I presume).

I've seen it used like, "she/he [is] pressure," I think to mean they're attractive.
