Help[Opinions] WDYT of Lucine?
I have recently found the name Lucine and I think it's lovely. I like the nn Lucy for it also. Anyone have an opinion or any mn suggestions? T(very much)IA!

I like the meaning & the nn, but Lucine just isn't doing it for me. I do like Lucina & Lucinda, though, but that could be b/c I like frilly names instead of clean, simple ones. :o) And Lucine is definitely that: clean, simple, fresh. I think it has a lot going for it, even if I don't like it, myself.

Hmm. It's pretty, but I prefer other Lucy names. Lucina would be better, IMO. In fact, I really like Lucina.
My favorite Lucy names (all would have Lucy as the nickname, since I find it too cutesy alone):
Lucia (loo-SEE-ah; she wouldn't always be Lucy)

I actually like this name. My good friend's name is Lucienne, and we call her Lucie.

I like how it looks, but I'm not sure if the E on the end is pronunced, so I can't really say for sure exactly how I feel. :)

I prn it Loo-SEEN. Cina is very pretty, I like ghow it has a more 'exotic' feel than Lucy which is rather common. Thanks!
