[Opinions] Irish heritage names
What do people think of traditional Irish spellings/derivatives for names, especially middle names? For example, for "Reagan" = "Riaghain" or "Ríodhgach" or for "Tierney" = "Tighearnach".What do people think of Irish names that are pronounced incorrectly? i.e. What would you think if I named my son Faolan but pronounced it "FAH-lon" instead of "FWEE-lan"? Or Cathan and pronounced it like it's spelled? Finally, would I be totally lame for naming my kid "Tirnanog" or "Cuchuliann"?
