[Opinions] Kaci
I just saw this name on a baby message board I read. Kaci Danielle is the full name. It's not something I would ever use but I do think it's very sweet somehow. Yes, it sounds and looks a bit trendy and maybe even immature but somehow I like it! It's pretty and I've never seen this spelling.WDYT?

I've seen that spelling but I really prefer Casey for a boy.

I dislike Casey in every form, but I think Kaci is particularly bad. I cannot see a professional woman named Kaci. It works for a boy-crazy, pink-loving, bubble gum-popping 13 year-old, though.

I think it's horrible, plain and simple. It just sums up absolutely everything I hate and loathe about names. Ir's kry8tyvv, illiterate, unintellectual, trendy, tacky, cutesy, and very unattractive, too. I don't like the name Casey to begin with - especially not for a girl - but Kaci is probably the most hideous spelling variation I can think of this name.Sorry about the outburst, but I just really, really, really despise this name. Ugh.

Sorry, I think it's awful. I really dislike silly spellings and the name is dead dull anyway. Maybe that's why they try to use a funky spelling...

I think its very dated. Kacie (this spelling) is my sisters name. I kinda like it but perfer Casey on a boy. I think the Kaci spelling seems forever juvenile, cheerleader, teenmom-ish (no offense to any one). I like Danielle because of ood associations but again I think its dated to the mid to late 80's and early 90's.

I hate the spelling and the combo. I much prefer the original of Casey and the name used for a boy.

You guys are right. I saw it and thought it was sort of cute-different. But I personally wouldn't use it because I do think it's childish and wouldn't be great on a professional adult. That said, it might be a cute nickname for a child-maybe for Katherine?

I might like it as a nn for Acacia, but that's about it. Kaci on its own sounds too fluffy and bubble-headed for me to take it seriously as a name.

It's my cousin's name. See my comments for "Casey".
