In theory, I like it. Jasmine flowers are some of my favourites, and I like many other flower names, so it's fine.
Unfortunately, it's been massively overused. In my own age group it wasn't too bad, but it's become a name of the masses, and frankly I have met a large number of Jasmines born into "trashy" or otherwise unsavoury families. That kind of spoils its appeal for me. If it dropped back out of the top 100 in my country I might consider it.
