[Facts] Honour
Diana Rigg recently starred in a West End play as Honour - shouldn't that be spelt Honor - I'm going by Lareina Rule's Name Your Baby! :-)

Honour is the British spelling, I think :)

Well, that's right but I think perhaps the spelling was changed from Honor (as in Honor Blackman!) to Honour because they were both Avengers girls, but perhaps that is just fancy.

Nope.Honor in the US, Honour in Britian. Click the names.

Thanks, Honour is a bona-fide name then missing from Lareina Rules's Name Your Baby! :-)

It's Honor in Britain toowell, the word is spelt honour, but the name is Honor (probably because the only well-known Honor is Honor Blackman, who spells it this way)

And Ireland. However the few instances of the name I have come across here are spelt Honor. Perhaps influenced by Honoria and Honora - the latter used to be quite popular here.
