Alessandra works better with a harsher first name or as a fn itself.
It's actually my favorite of the two, but I prefer Alexandra with Lily.
I don't like Alexia, I prefer Alessia. How about:
Alessia Rose
Alessia Grace
Alessia Faith
Alessia Maren
Alessia Catherine
Alessia Blair
