Wendy
It seems to me that Wendy, a name invented by JM Barry for use in his book Peter Pan, deserves a place under Literature names. Miranda, a name invented by Shakespeare, should also be under that category. Just a note. If I run into any other literature names, I'll be sure to note them.

As I understand the sections, the 'literature' section is for those names not generally used on real children, like Eowyn. Miranda and Wendy, as well as Jessica, Olivia, Imogen, Dorian, and so on, are commonly used, so they're not listed under 'literature'.

was it invented by him or is a nickname for Gwendolen? This is a question, I really don't know. :-/

In its summary thingit says it was invented by him.
This is not the place to put comments on names though. You have to click "contribute information" next to the name and then send a comment.
