It looks prettier than some of the other variants. I only like it spelled with a 'C' too, I don't like K's for some reason they look ugly.

I'm not quite sure yet. KATE-leen is rather pretty. I also like KATE-line for some reason. I guess I pronounce it like Caitlin most of the time but all pronunciations are pretty and if I were to use it as a first name I would go with KATE-leen or KATE-line.
