Medora
My fiance brought the name up tonight and I'm curious as to what others think of it. I'm not that fond of it, but I thought I'd ask for opinions.

The problem I have with it is that in Italian and French Medoro and Medor are dogs' names, so it's a bit as if you were suggesting "Fida" for me.If in the US this isn't an issue I guess it's a fine name.

I think it's nice, esp if one is a Byron fanActually I like it better than most other -dora names. In fact as far as -dora names it's first runner up to Pandora, in my book.

I like it. It's the name of a town near where I live, but I still like the name.

My first association was Midori, which is probably not a good thing. It's kind of cute, I can't find anything I don't like about it phonetically, just the association is bad.
