Lachlan
Lachlan is a Scottish name. Do you like it for a boy? It is unique I think.

If you live in Australia, how can you think it is unique?Lachlans are as common as anything here- they are everywhere. It is a nice enough name but it is so overused and popular. If you name your son Lachlan, he will likely be one of two or three in his class.

I agree that 'unique' is the wrong word. Unless you INVENTED the name, it's not unique. Lachlan is not at all uncommon, even.

I like it, but I wouldn't dare call it unique. It is not that popular here in the US but I hear it is really popular in Australia.

It reminds me of laughing too much (not that that's the worst association, but still). I don't think it's unique at all. It has been on the top of the charts for several years in Australia now, right?

I think its terrible. It reminds me too much of the Loch ness monster. The "Lock" part turns it off for me
