Idris- I don't think of Iris at all, it's definitely not too feminine. I love the meaning! It's probably useable.
Aeolus- I actually think Aiolos is easier to pronounce intuitively... The meaning and history are great. I really like it, though not as much as Idris. It should probably just be a mn though.
