Hania
My friend's name is Hania, pronounced Hen-eeyah. WDYT? It apparently means graceful, and looking it up on BtN it can mean pleasant (spelled Haniyya), and it is also a Polish version of the name Hanna (though my friend is Arabic). She's from Algeria and she says it's also the feminine version of Hani, meaning happy. Do you think it would be usable as a modern western name? It's sweet as honey.

Hania pronounce as HAHN-yah, NOT Hen-eeyah. It is nice name.

My friend who is arabic obviously may pronounce it differently than the Polish way. The way her name is to be said it could also be spelled Heniya. I think its a nice name too :)

I think its usable.I'd pronounce it Han-ya though. I think Mischa Barton has a sister called Hania.
