Astraea, Adrasteia or Estella?
If you had to choose, which one and why? I love both Astraea and Estella but I think they're too similar to be used in a sibset (they both have the same meaning as well) and Adrasteia has a lovely sound but I wonder if it's too complicated plus I don't like the meaning as much. So which one is your favorite and which one your least favorite?Oh and how would you spell Astraea? I know that people in my country would find it easier to pronounce if it was spelled Astreia or Astraia and from what I found out both spellings are legit as well but Astraea has been used the longest, and I like the look of it.Oh, I would pronounce them:Astraea - ahs-TRAY-ah
Adrasteia - ah-DRAHS-tay-ahWhich one would be your favorite pronunciation?I know that another legit pr. of Adrasteia is ah-DRAHS-tee-ah (modern Greek) and the ae in Astraea can be pronounced as AY, EE and EYE.

Out of the three names, I think I like Astraea the best. Adrasteia is lovely, but it might be one of those names that a lot of people might get tongue-tied trying to say at first or have trouble remembering. I could imagine people saying Adrastreia or Adastreia or something by mistake. It could still work as a middle name though. Even if you used it as a first name, I'm sure people would catch on eventually, and she could always go by Addie or another nickname to make things easier on herself. Astraea is very pretty, and a bit less complicated than Adrasteia. I don't think Astraea would be as confusing to non-name nerds as Adrasteia. Estella is nice, but I prefer Estrella (eh-STRAY-ah).
