I will be honest, it's a bit pretentious.... It's a matter of your personal opinion, however.

I like it for some people. I knew a family here in the US with a French last name and three kids named Cherie, Camille and Beau. I thought it was charming.

Always hated it growing up, bad associations maybe, but now I don't mind it. I still wouldn't use it myself, but it's not terrible.

It's ok. I graduated with a Bo (b) and a Beaux (g) both were not nice people :/ so I don't have the best opinion of the name.

It's a bit too coy and fancy for me - as in "her beau".
