Every bit as bland and boring as Sarah. Also very well used where I live.

I used to dislike that spelling and pronunciation, but for the past few months I've been loving it. Preferring it above Sarah, even. Mostly because of the A Little Princess association.

I think it's nice, but a little too common. I like this spelling more than Sarah.

I like it. Here in Germany it's pronounced ZAH-rah and SAH-rah makes sense to me as well plus I like it better than SAIR-ah (for both Sara and Sarah). My cousin's name in Sara, pr. ZAH-rah.

I really like the name, but it's become so common I wouldn't use it. Normally I don't care about popularity, but Sara/Sarah has been used so much for so long, it needs to be left alone for a while. Then, it will be fresh again.

Boring, boring, boring. This is the proof of how a great name can be spoiled by overuse. It needs a very long rest.

Boring because it's so common here, especially that spelling. But I' sure I would have liked it if it was a little more unusual and not as "dated". The youngest Sara I know is like 16.

It's nice, but she'd never get her name pronounced right. It's pretty enough, but I'm kind of sick of Sara. It's my sister's name, pronounced the American way.

I think that there's nothing inherently wrong with it at all. It's old, classic, Biblical, and pretty. The problem is that I have known so many that I am sick of it. I have known nine or ten Saras or Sarahs. It got to the point that my group of friends always had to say Sara\Sarah Lastname so we knew which one we were talking about. Truthfully, if we didn't do that, we wouldn't have known who the other person was referring to.So it's a name that I got so sick of hearing that it's just about caused me to dislike it. Maybe it's just very common where I live, which is the American South. So if it's not too common where you life, then it's a great name.I prefer Sarah to Sara, however.
