Alina or Elina?
T was thinking about these two names. Which do you prefer, Alina or Elina?I personally prefer Alina, especially with the Arabic meaning. But Elina is nice as well.

Tough call. Both are nice. Elina is new to me so she wins out at the moment. And she's benefitting from my preference of Emilia over Amelia. But the bottom line is it's pretty much a coin toss between Elina and Alina.I was looking for a different vibe from each one. Sometimes that helps me to choose. But they both have a sweet, old fashioned charm for me, slightly exotic. I can't distinguish them by style.

I prefer Elina for both look and sound. I pronounce them differently, but I would guess a lot of people don't differentiate.

I definitely prefer Alina. I feel like Elina is missing something, like it should be Eliana.

I battled these names out in my head once and settled on Elina. Although I love A names, I think E looks better with this name. I like the nn Ellie too.

I think I prefer Elina. I like them both, but Elina is what is most common here and I also have a friend named that.

At first I thought I like Alina more, but the more I look at elina the more I like her. Alina is a little bit cold, a little too perfect. Elina has more personality, a bit more soul.
