I love Zelda.

Makes me think of video games and my aunt's dog, but not an actual person. That said, I do like the Yiddish meaning of it.

I think it's a great name, very cute. I love the Yiddish meaning of it, that sounds nice to me.

I really like Zelda. It is very uncommon except for the video games. I can count on one hand the people I've heard of named Zelda.I like it because it's a very retro, old school name that feels very fresh and cool. Unfortunately I don't know if I'd be comfortable using it since most people don't even realize that it is a real name. Most people who aren't name nerds think it is a made-up fantasy name.

I like Zelda, but I think the video game references are inevitable. I have an ancestror who was named Zilda and it has become a name I prefer to Zelda.

I love it! It makes me think firstly of Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald and secondly of Robin Williams' daughter, Zelda Williams, who's acted in a few small things and who has very pretty, unique features. The only bad association is Zelda from Pet Sematary. Sometimes I fall into really loving Zelda, and then I remember Pet Sematary and it just kind of kills it for me. :/ I wish I could keep on loving it, though! I just have this one hang-up. I think it would be adorable on a little girl.

My friend named her 1-year-old this. I thought it was a little strange at first, but it's totally adorable on her.

It's a very pretty name but particularly video-game characterish.

Yeah, it's a nice name if you can get past all the "Legend of Zelda" references and Link jokes that any girl named Zelda will invariably hear.

I quite like it. It has a beautiful sound and no particularly bad associations.
