Thanks! It's always nice to see that someone likes a lot of my own selections. I also like Alastair (and Alistair) in addition to Alasdair. I love the way the D looks, however, so Alasdair comes out on top!

Nasrin - how are you pronouncing it? I pronounce it Naz-reen, since i knew somebody with the name who said it this way

Elisabeth - I like the S spelling too

Taliesin - such a lovely, massively underused name. i've been trying to get my boyfriend to love it, but no joy as of yet

I'm pretty sure Naz-reen is the correct pronunciation of Nasrin. I do find myself saying Naz-rin once in awhile, however. Both sound beautiful to me.
