Remy
We have a new cafe where I work (public library) and the guy who works the night shift is Remy. I love that name! It's been a favorite of mine for a while, but I never knew anyone named Remy until now. Just thought I'd share.

I know a guy called Rémi, and I always thought his name was cool. He also has a sister named Anaïs (their parents are from France). Rémi & Anaïs makes a nice sibset :)

I LOVE the name Remy too!! Unfortunately DH doesn't share my love for the name and here is Australia it's more common for a girl and more often than not it's Remi!

If this baby were a boy DH was routing for him to be named Remy. I suggested it and really like it but he LOVES it!

Neat! Remy is neat, the fact that you work in a library (I'm jealous) is neat and now you'll have the smell of coffee while you work. Neat all around.By the way, how does he pronounce Remy, "REM-ee," "RAY-mee," or (dare I ask?) "REE-mee?"

He pronounces it REM-ee.

Ah, thanks. My prefered way is "RAY-mee," like the French. But I know I'm swimming against the stream and "REM-ee" is not that far off anyway. At least it isn't being turned into "REE-mee." That was my real fear.
