Jasmine
I've always liked Jasmine and it seems to be losing popularity so I think it might be usable again soon. Is it too 90s dated? Is it tacky (after all it wasn't only common as Jasmine but also as Jazmin, Jazmine, Jazzmin, Jasmin etc etc). Do you prefer Yasmine?

The name itself is very nice, and she was one of my favorite "Disney Princesses" while I was growing up. However, what kept me from considering the name so long were quite a few bad associations I had growing up (mainly very rude classmates). In real life, I haven't encountered any spellings besides the standard Jasmine and slightly shorter Jasmin, to be honest.I don't like Yasmine as much because I'm pretty sure that's a Bratz doll...

I think Jasmine is nice, but I love flower names! I don't find it dated or tacky, it's just floral and pretty. I also love Yasmine and I think I actually prefer it to Jasmine, but that's just me.

Yes, I love it, but it's still quite popular here in Australia (still in the Top 30!)If it weren't for that, plus a bad association (was bullied by a girl with that name as a child), plus the fact that I know a Yasmine today... I would consider it.

I like Jasmine, and always have. I think it's a lovely name.Sure, it might be a little dated, but I don't care about that. I still like the sound of it.

I think it's still pretty popular, it seems to be popular around here.
I like it, but there's no denying it has a fairly tacky image now.

I quite like Jasmine too but not enough to use it. I don't think it's dated at all and agree that soon it might be usable again. As Jasmine I don't think it's tacky but all of the other spellings I personally don't rate highly. I definitely prefer Jasmine over Yasmine!
