Helena Moon
What do you think of the girl combo Helena Moon, with Helena pronounced HEL-en-na? I normally don't like Moon so much, but I saw it in a combo as a MN the other day and rather liked it. Thoughts?

I would be so, so mortified to have the word Moon as a middle name.
Helena is gorgeous, but Moon is so bad.

The flow is nice here although I'm not wild about Moon. I like your pronunciation of Helena.
Helena pronounced HEL-en-na, should never be paired with a word name. It just comes out like "Hell & a ___" or "Hell in a ___". So nope. But Moon is kind of cool as a middle name.
Hm. At first I thought, heh-LAY-na Moon, and I thought okay, that works, it makes Moon non-wacky.
Then I read HEL-enna Moon and I thought "hell & a moon" or "Hell on the Moon"... eh.

Ooh. Ew. "Hell and a moon" isn't good. Thanks for pointing that out. I don't know how I missed that... we used to have a joke that in my state's capitol, there should be a place called "Helena Handbasket," just so people could say they were going there. :P
Honestly? I think it sounds dippy. Helena is very pretty, but Moon tacked on to it sounds too airy and contrived.
I adore Helena. Helena Moon has a nice flow, but Moon is kind of on the cheesy side.
I kinda like it. I'm with ya on Moon, but with this makes it sounds
Really classy. Definate like :)
