What do you think of this?

So I found out that an old acquantince is naming their daughter Paisley Bleu. What do you think? I personally don't like it but I'm curious as to what others think.

Either one name could be excusable if paired with something complementary. The combo is quite the fail, though. Sounds like the naming is not yet done, so perhaps there is still hope.

Oh boy, a fabric pattern and moldy cheese-just what I want to be named after. :P It's very cheesy and flimsy, to boot. A complete no-go, IMO.

Paisley I can tolerate. But Bleu is silly. No in fact it is worse than silly, it is absurd and ridiculous. Paired with Paisley, it makes a sad combination.

agreePaisley's just a trendy name along the same lines as Addison or London. But the Bleu is like a cheap faddish fashion accessory, and makes Paisley seem more shallow.

Paisley is one of my GPs. Despite seeing its flaws, I think it's cute. Paisley Bleu, on the other hand, is not cute at all. It sounds like blue paisley and looks like bleu cheese from Paisley.

I don't think the name is attractive at all. It does sound a bit silly especially paired with Bleu.

Horrendous. Poor baby.

I think it's just ridiculous. Paisley is dumb by itself, but adding Blue to it doubles the dumbness factor. And Bleu triples it. Bleu is cheese, for god's sake.
